Breathwork is an umbrella term for breathing techniques designed to intentionally focus and channel the breath.
Breathwork has been around since ancient times and is making a comeback in the United States.
If you have any of the contraindications, it is recommended to talk to your doctor before participating in a breathwork class.
In my classes and private sessions, I use a method called Conscious Connected Breathing, or Circular Breathing.
I chose to become certified in this technique because of its significant impact on me and its ability to deliver significant results quickly!
Breathwork offers improved sleep quality, reduced PTSD and trauma symptoms, enhanced immune function, and the release of stress hormones. Additionally, it provides emotional benefits such as decreased feelings of depression and anxiety, improved mental focus, support in processing grief, and healing of emotional wounds.
