Where the breath goes, the body follows.

Simply put, breathwork refers to breathing techniques that intentionally focus on channeling the breath for healing, self-awareness and spiritual discovery. This ancient practice has many techniques, found in many cultures and religions.

Each Breathwork Teacher will have their own technique and style for their sessions. Amy practices conscious connected breathwork, also known as circular breathing. This technique can create massive, meaningful change in a short amount of time.

There are common contraindications for breathwork, and you should consult your doctor before participating in any form of breathwork if you have

Cardiovascular problems

High or abnormal blood pressure

History of aneurisms

Epilepsy or history of seizures

Severe psychiatric symptoms

Bipolar depression

Osteoporosis

Recent surgery

Glaucoma

Pregnancy

An active addiction

Are using heavy medication

Mental illness that is untreated

or lacking adequate support

1:1 Private Sessions

60-90 minutes

1:1 private sessions are held in Amy’s office in Van Wert, OH

or can be held at your home within a 20-mile

travel distance of Van Wert at no additional cost

or within 45 miles for a small additional fee.
