What to Bring to Your In-Person Session/Class

NOTE: If you’re attending a 1:1 Session, Amy will provide the items you need. If you’re attending a class, please bring your own.

It’s ideal to do breathwork when your stomach is not too full, so I suggest not eating anything at least two hours prior to the session if possible. It still works if you’ve eaten, it’s just best not to have a large, heavy meal right before the session begins.

For your breathwork session, you’ll be laying on your back on the floor for the entire time. To make yourself most comfortable, you may want to bring these items to your session.

  • Yoga mat/blanket to lay on

  • Blanket to cover your body for warmth

  • Eye mask/eye pillow/facecloth to help you feel more comfortable and let go

  • Bolster/firm pillow for under your knees - this significantly helps lower back issues

  • Layers of clothing to regulate your body temperature (i.e. socks, sweatshirt, etc)

  • Bottle of water
