I’m a coffee-drinking, fresh air-loving, Friends-watching, God-worshipping, Disney movie-devoted girl who will give you TMI if you ask me a question. I love Mexican food and chilling next to a body of water. On occasion you’ll catch me making an inappropriate comment or letting my RBF slip. As a young teen I was told I was too bubbly, so I used to hold myself back. Now I know positivity is a strength, and I will be your biggest cheerleader!


For 18 years, I built and led a successful business in direct sales, mentoring women. Over time, I began to notice something that was unsettling.
The women around me were the ones everyone depended on — and they were exhausted, tense and disconnected from their own needs. They weren’t just struggling to take bubble baths or squeeze in “me time.” They were living in constant survival mode, not feeling safe to slow down.
During the stillness of the COVID quarantine, that truth became impossible to
ignore. What women were craving wasn’t surface-level self-care. They cravedregulation from nervous system safety. They longed for a way to move through life without feeling wired, reactive, or chronically braced.
That realization changed everything for me.
I began my own journey of reconnecting my mind and body through somatic practices and breath-based nervous system work. I learned firsthand how much our physiology shapes our capacity — how safety in the body creates clarity, steadiness, and resilience. This work has transformed how I live.
So I made the decision to step away from a career I had built for nearly two decades and dedicate myself to guiding women back to their bodies — back to safety, self-trust, and sustainable strength.
Bloom Journey was born from that commitment.
Today, I guide women to feel safe in their bodies through somatic and breath-based regulation — offering breathwork, Calm Body classes, retreats, and rest-centered coaching designed to build real nervous system resilience. Because when a woman feels safe in her body, she doesn’t just cope--she thrives!
