The homes are carefully selected to include beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, comfort, and multiple amenities to stimulate restoration and pampering. A light schedule is provided to encourage downtime with optional events and activities
that may promote healing, self-discovery, and inspiration. Peaceful Moments (quiet times) are a significant aspect
of these retreats as it is in the stillness and quiet where we can hear our innermost thoughts and
discover our true selves, which empowers growth, peace, and joy.

"My retreat was amazing! It's so wonderful for women to have a place to go with zero judgement and expectations. The time is yours to do as you please to enjoy yourself. Of course I love my family, but it was wonderful to not have anyone relying on me for anything and, in turn, have some incredible women taking care of ME. Thank you, Barbara and Amy. You are beautiful souls who know what we as women need and are obviously passionate about providing it."
"I entered the house incredibly anxious and surprised that I followed through to attend. I was warmly greeted, shown how to relax and the importance of taking time to care for myself. I left feeling refreshed and confident to utilize the skills that I learned. Looking forward to the next one."
"Giving permission to ourselves to just ‘be still’ and accept the gift of time and space can be challenging. But I truly felt pampered, relaxed and enjoyed the time of quiet reflection. The food and home were simply perfect for this retreat." ❤️
